DCG starts the process by understanding your vision. Our team of producers and creatives meet with your team for a brainstorm session. This is a session in which you tell us everything you can about your story. Through a series of questions, the DCG team dives deep into your story to better understand your market and the best approach to take.

What WE CAN DO
Live Video Production, Producing, Casting, Development, Directing and Post Production.
Good understanding of field producing and story, shot list, releases, location scouting, audio signals, story, and file formats.
Strong familiarity with all formats; reality, sitcoms, clip shows, talk shows, competition, game shows, etc.
Research and secure all props and/or locations needed for shoots.
Develop and manage production calendars and work back schedules.
Manage activities from initial green light and budgeting, through casting and crew hire, from production through delivery.
Interact closely with, Business & Legal Affairs, Finance & Accounting
Create pre-production and wrap books.
Ensure each shoot is run at the highest level of efficiency and professionalism.
Lead and manage a full team for studio shoots and on-location productions from pre-production through wrap.
